Our client provides expert radiology and medical imaging services to residents of New York City, including Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Nassau County.
During COVID, patient complaints and criticism increased as safety protocols and staffing shortages resulted in longer than expected wait times for appointments and limited new procedures to assure the safety of doctors, nurses, and patients.

The company’s ratings and reviews on Google and other review sites had fallen to an average of 3.5 stars. New appointments were slowing down, and business was suffering, impacting staff morale and affecting future growth and expansion plans.

The client sent us email contact information monthly so we could contact current and past patients through a multi-step email outreach process, targeting individuals who had a positive experience with the radiology center and directing patients to leave reviews on the most visible online review sites, like Google My Business, for maximum impact.
Our team of experienced online reputation management professionals posts a reply to every single review – positive, negative, and neutral. We acknowledge and recognize positive reviews and escalate and resolve problems posted online in coordination with our client in an effort to convert negative customer reviews to positive reviews.
Whenever possible, we attempt the removal of fake and defamatory reviews, and reviews from competitors that violate a review site's Terms of Service or Policies.
